How MBBS admission in Vietnam actually works, start to finish
Seven steps, from the first counselling call to ongoing support once a student lands in Vietnam. Most applications for the September intake begin in March–April each year.

Free Counselling & University Shortlisting
A one-on-one session to review the student's Class 12 marks, budget, and NEET status, and shortlist universities that fit their profile.
- 02
Document Preparation & Registration
Documents are collected, verified, and submitted along with the initial registration fee to the chosen university.
- 03
Offer / Invitation Letter
The university's admission office reviews the application and issues an official invitation letter, typically within 7–15 working days.
- 04
Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation
On receipt of the invitation letter, the first-year tuition and hostel fee are paid to confirm the seat.
- 05
Visa Processing
Visa documents are filed with the Vietnamese Embassy in New Delhi; stamping is coordinated in person by the admissions team.
- 06
Pre-Departure Briefing, Travel & Arrival
Students receive a pre-departure orientation covering hostel life, currency, climate and safety, then travel to Vietnam ahead of the September intake.
- 07
Ongoing Academic & Hostel Support
Support continues through all six years — hostel arrangements, academic monitoring, visa renewals and FMGE/NExT exam preparation.
